I made a lot of delicious food for Valentine's Day!

e/winter-summer-rolls-orange-ginger-cash ew-dip/ but without cabbage and with peanut butter/rice vinegar/soy sauce/sugar dipping sauce instead. I, like, can’t even explain how tasty these were. Next time I might use shredded lettuce instead of shredded brussels sprouts for a milder flavor but these were still pretty much a transcendent symphony of flavor. Not overtly Valentine's Day- like but I think finger food is romantic and these spring rolls definitely taste like special occasion restaurant food.
