Bean and Cheese Casserole

I made this tonight and it was great. It's called Mum's Bean and Cheese Casserole.

From How It All Vegan.

5-6 small potatoes, sliced
1 tbsp prepared mustard
2 cups canned baked beans
1-2 tsp pepper
1-2 cups soy cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large pot of water, boil the sliced potatoes until they can be pierced easily with a fork. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together the mustard, beans, and pepper, and set aside. Drain the potatoes and place half of them onto a lightly oiled casserole dish. Add half of the bean mixture on top, then half of the cheese. Repeat. Cover and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Makes 2-4 servings.

...now, how do I store this mustard I went out and bought today? *is kitchen inept*
