tropical source recipe, anyone ever make these babies?

Hey guys, I'm poor so I haven't sprung for an actual bag of Tropical Source chocolate chips in a couple years, but I got the last bag of 365 chips and my friend also wanted chocolate so she sprung for them-and gave me the rest after making muddy buddy chex for her nephew.

Anywhoo, here's a recipe from the back of the bag, I love that there's not even a mention of eggs!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies recipe (I'll post a photo when I get to making them)

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup Loriva brand canola oil (I've never heard of this brand, actually)
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup apple sauce
3/4 cup Maranatha brand organic peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 10 oz. package Tropical Source chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325. Grease or line baking sheets with parchment paper. Combine drys and set aside. Mix oil and sugars until blended well. Beat in applesauce, peanut butter and vanilla until combined. Add drys and mix well. Stir in chips. Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto cookie sheets, leaving 2 1/2 inches between each ball. Bake 15-18 minutes until cookies are light golden brown. Allow cookies to cool before removing or feel bad for your boyfriend when he burns himself, again and doesn't listen to you haha. Makes 2 dozen large cookies.
Speaking of large cookies-is there a trick to making big&beautiful cookies like you see in stores or packaged? You guys know what I mean, like the size of the Alternative Baking Company cookies, I'd love to make them like that!
