3/4cup peanut butter (or other nut butter, i used defatted peanut butter)
3/4cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4cup brown sugar (any dry sweetener will do)
1cup chocolate chips
1/4cup soy milk
12cupcake paper liners
in a small saucepan, melt the margarine. once it liquefies, stir in the peanut butter, graham crumbs, and sugar until well mixed. spoon the mixture into the
muffin tins (lined with the cupcake papers). in a small saucepan melt the chocolate and soy milk together (be careful not to let it scorch on the bottom, stir often!). spoon the chocolate over the peanut butter. top with chopped nuts and fridgerate for a few hours before eating.
