Mmmmmmmmmmm, garlic!

I just ate about 3/4 a head of roasted garlic with lunch/dinner by myself! I used the recipe from The Garden of Vegan:

"Garlic makes anything taste better"Preheat oven to 400 degrees ferenheit. Peel off the loose layers of skin on the garlic bulb and slice off the top. Place in a small baking pan and drizzle with olive oil (about 1 tablespoon) and sprinkle with salt. Cover with lid or foil and roast until garlic is soft, about 20-25 minutes. Set aside to cool. Squeeze out garlic cloves from bulb and serve.

I roasted it for about 30 minutes and the garlic was soft, but not really spreadable. If you want a nice spread you might want to cook it a little longer. This is the tastiest way to eat garlic I've encountered.
