I have what may be a weird question...I don't think something similar has been posted.
Anyway basically I loved Cool Ranch Doritos before I went vegan...and out of everything they're what I crave the most! I know, I know...how healthy.
So, what I was hoping, is that someone who is knowledgeable with spices and the like, would be able to point me in the direction of creating my own version of them! Like what to use for flavouring etc. I'm not sure if this is an impossible feat, but I'd like to try.
