Ravioli Disaster

Man, so I finally got around to making raviolis today. I used a pasta maker to roll the dough out, and a pizza-cutter thingy to cut the raviolis out...

For my filling, I used white kidney beans which I pureed with garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and herbs.

It sounded so nice in theory.

The final result was horrible, however.

(So if you think mashed beans would be a super ravioli filling...well, save yourself the time and try tofu instead, heh)
