Quinoa Salad with Chickpeas

(serves 4)

2 C cooked rice, quinoa, or corn pasta
1 C garbanzo beans
2/3 C steamed broccoli, chopped
1/4 C red onion, diced
1/4 C green pepper, diced
1/2 t basil
1/2 t tarragon
3 T olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/8 t sea salt

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Mix well, then chill for at least one hour before serving.
