hi, i'm looking for a tried and true blueberry pie filling. i checked the archives and all i came up with were recipes for cooked berry pies that are then chilled, not baked. the results i found on vegweb were the same type of chilled pie. maybe i missed something... but if anyone has a great recipe on hand, i would be eternally grateful for it. i've mastered the sweet pie crust, but my fillings are always lacking (espescially when i have to use frozen fruit), so i'd appreciate any little tips as well. thanks!
