Heh, me again. If you decide to make the haggis I posted a few days ago, here's a very good, simple recipe to help take care of the leftovers! These make wicked appetizers!


Beer-battered haggis bites with whiskey-mustard dip
-------------------------------------------
Combine for batter:
1C beer
1c flour
black pepper and sea salt to taste
paprika or cayenne to taste

Dip:
2TB dijon mustard
1TB scotch

1) Form the haggis into walnut size balls and batter them.
2) Heat an inch or so of oil and fry each ball, 1 by 1 until golden
3) Drain and serve!

Easy, no?
