I've been trying to eat more beans, so I made these two recipes but they turned out bland bland bland bland. I can't stand it and I don't know what to add.
One of them was:
1. sautee onions, garlic, red and green bell peppers
2. add black beans, tomato, cumin, oregano, and lemon juice
the other was:
1. Sautee onions and garlic
2. add red beans, brown rice, coconut milk, and thyme.
The second, especially, was miserably bland and I have 2 more servings left in the refridgerator.
