Mango-Avocado Salad

This one's very easy and quick:

Diced fresh mango
Diced avocado (I like it with about twice as much mango as avocado)
Small squeeze fresh lime or lemon
Tiny pinch salt
Tiny pinch freshly grated ginger
Tiny drizzle neutrally flavored oil (optional)

Toss everything together and devour as is or use as a salsa on burgers, burritos, or with salad rolls.

Yum yum yum yum yum!
