Chopped Tofu Salad

My husband calls this NotChicken Salad. I dunno, but I like it:

2 blocks firm tofu
Couple cups of water & 1/2 cup or so soy sauce
Vegenaise or other vegan mayo-like substance
Mustard
Couple stalks celery, chopped into small pieces

Slice the tofu and marinade for about half an hour.
Place in oven at 350F for 30 mins, remove and flip tofu, return to oven for another 30 mins.

Slice tofu into strips and then into small chunks (or rip them into little pieces). Put in bowl and add celery. Add about 2 tbsp of mustard (to taste) and add vegenaise (eyeball it!) and combine all ingredients well.
