Okara Recipes?

Forgive me if this has been brought up before, but I'm looking for tried and true recipes for soy pulp (AKA 'okara'). To save money, I plan to start regularly making my family's soymilk with bulk-purchased soybeans, and know I will have lots of leftover soy pulp to deal with. Any suggestions?
