10 stalks of asparagus
2 portobello caps
1 yellow squash
2 yellow peppers
2 red peppers
2 large loaves of italian or foccacia bread
soy cheese (optional)
--slice all of the veggies and marinade in a mixture of roasted garlic, olive oil, black pepper and salt. In the second picture you'll see that my baby helped with a special dirt marinade. While veggies are marinading prepare your hummus. grill veggies until slightly charred. grill the bread face down, put a layer of soy cheese on one side and hummus on the other. Layer all of your veggies and top with lettuce, pour any extra marinade on top of the veggies. SSSOOOOOOO delicious.
