I cooked some chicken-style seitan in a chipotle-agave nectar sauce, it was fantastic. Also, some refried beans, black beans, boca crumbles in a taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and follow your heart cheddar cheese. We set it up buffet-style. We also concocted a super fresh and yummy salsa with tomatoes, cilantro, onion, green and red peppers and jalapenos. It was all delicious!
