chocolate peanut butter truffle pie :)

oooh, soo good.

crust:
1/2 c maple syrup
1/4 c canola oil
1/2 c peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c flour

mix together, press into bottom of 9" springform pan (greased), prick with fork and bake for 10 minutes at 375F.

filling:
2 boxes firm silken tofu (24 oz.)
1/4 c smooth peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c powdered sugar
1 1/4 c chocolate chips, melted

blend together in food processor until smooth. pour on top of prepared crust.

topping:
1/2 box (6 oz.) firm silken tofu
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c smooth peanut butter
2 tbsp. flour

blend together in food processor until smooth. pour on top of filling and spread evenly.

refrigerate for 8 hours +, then enjoy. ;) amazing.
