Berry Granola

EDITED: no longer breaking rules

here's a recipe: Bottom:
Option 1

* 4 cups berries
* 2 tbsp maple syrup
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1 tbsp lime zest

Option 2

* 3-4 pears, apples, peaches, or nectarines, peeled, pitted or cored, and sliced
* 1/2 c. dried berries, cherries, or raisins
* 2 tbsp maple syrup
* 1/2 tsp cinnamon
* 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Top:

* 1/3 c. walnuts - crushed
* 1/3 c. almonds - crushed
* 1/3 c. pecans - crushed
* 1 c. oats
* 2 tbsp. wheat germ
* 2 tbsp. whole wheat flour
* 3-4 tbsp. maple syrup
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1/2 tsp vanilla
* 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Heat oven to 325

Toast nuts 5-8 min on a cookie sheet, stirring twice.

Mix the bottom ingredients in a 8x8 pan. In a separate bowl, mix everything else. Then dump the top ingredients on top of the bottom ingredients. Bake for 15-20 min.
