beer batter tofu nuggets!!!

these are so greasy and bad for you, that i don't eat them often,
but they are also SO worth being misbehaved every now and then.
after all,
there is so much joy the eating something
crispy and deep fried can bring.






tofu nuggets

1 cup flour
1 cup beer
1 tbl seasoneing (i used spikes)
1/2 tsp salt

let batter sit in fridge for 30 min., dredge tofu chunks in batter and fry!

couscous is seasoned with olive oil, and pine nuts, and tossed with peas.
