self rising flour?

I'm trying to make this recipe:

The recipe calls for self rising flour, but I want to make it with this wheat pastry flour that I have (it has more fiber, and I like the taste more). Do I add yeast to this flour, and if so...how much yeast for 2 cups of flour?
