1 large potato
1/2 a green pepper
2-3 mushrooms (I used crimi)
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 package firm tofu (frozen/thawed)
Chop all veggies. Mix thawed tofu, a little turmeric, braggs and pepper and set aside. Saute potato until it begins to soften and add the rest of the veggies and garlic. When veggies are almost done, add tofu and soy-rizo (i used about a 4th of a package). Season to taste with salt,pepper and hot sauce.
This was enough for two meals for me.. but I tend to eat small portions.
