I had never had vegan or non vegan coleslaw before, so i'm having a hard time knowing how to recreate it. i did find this recipe online though....
- 1 head red cabbage
- 1/2 small purple onion, chopped
- shredded carrot
- 3 t sea salt or salt substitute
- 1/4 cup seedless raisins
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 T honey
- 2 T magnificent mayo
Shred the cabbage by us of a hand grater or food processor. Place into a large bowl along with the carrot and onion. Add the sea salt and mix well. Next add the raisins, lemon juice, honey, and mayo. Mix well.
so how does this recipe look to you guys? any other suggestions or ideas?
