experimental wheat bread: SO GOOD!

I baked a loaf of whole wheat bread last night. I was in an odd mood so I added cinnamon, a little extra sugar and a bit of cocoa and it came out really, really well!

Put in bread machine first:
1.5 cups of warm water
3 tablespoons oil (olive)
2 tablespoons molasses

Mix in bowl before adding to liquid ingredients:
4 cups of whole wheat flour
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 heaping tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 heaping teaspoon cinnamon

This morning I made cheezy toast with the bread, Follow Your Heart vegan mozzarella and a splash of balsamic vinegar. MMMMM!
