Okay. I know sometimes people sprout beans intentionally. However...I did not. I guess I soaked them a little too long. Question is, now that they have begun to sprout (they do not all seem sprouted, though there are quite a few)is it okay to cook these normally? I certainly don't want to waste them. They are nice cannellini beans. Any special suggestions? I had originally intended to improvise some kind of bean salad with them.
