And...after!


I have been craving a really good vegan burger lately. I used a recipe I found on VegWeb.com to make these. While they were really, very good, they fell apart pretty easily, and were kind of mushy on the inside. The recipe called for the pan to be lightly oiled, but I had to sacrifice a patty due to oiling the pan, which caused my patty to burn rather quickly. On the next two patties, I simply used margarine to "butter" the pan and that worked much better.
