1 package firm or extra firm tofu
For the marinade:
1/4 cup of orange juice
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
1 clove of garlic, minced
Teryaki sauce, to taste
Cut tofu into slabs. Mix everything but the teryaki sauce together and drizzle over pieces of tofu. Let sit for about 20 minutes, or until the juice has been absorbed. Brush teryaki sauce over the tofu and let sit for another 20 minutes. Cook on the grill until both sides are cooked thoroughly. Enjoy!
I was very pleased with the result. Next time, I'll probably put some more teryaki sauce on it, though.
