Garlic, semi-sundried tomatoes and tofutti cream cheese ravioli with creamy garlic white wine sauce

I finally had a chance to enter my ravioli in the vegan_cookoff !! :)

2 Cups flour
6 or more tablespoons water
pinch salt
2 teaspoons olive oil.
Mix all together, kneading until doughy but not too wet. The roll out flat, and pass through pasta roller till thin.

Use cookie cutter to cut into small circles
Handful semi-sundried tomatoes, chopped finely
quarter of a red onion, chopped finely
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
teaspoon salt
1-2 tablespoons tofutti cream cheese
Lightly cook all ingredients except cream cheese in a little olive oil in pan, until garlic and onion become transparent. Then use food processor to chop finely, or put through blender. Put in bowl and stir through well.
Put about a heaped teaspoon in the centre of the pasta circles

Use a wet brush to wet more pasta circles and cover filled pasta and press to close with a fork.

half a 1/4 cup of vegan butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup white wine
half veg stock cube
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup soy cream
salt to taste
Simmer all ingredients in saucepan on low to medium heat until well blended. Add cream last. Stir, and serve with ravioli. Ravioli only needs to be cooked four about 3 min tops in salted boiling water, then lifted out with a holed spoon.
