Austrian Jam Cookies

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 Ener-G egg replacers
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • jam
  • Beat the margarine, sugar, egg replacers, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth. Slowly add the flour. Roll dough into little balls and use your thumb to make a crater in the center of each of them.  Spoon the jam in to each crater.  Bake them at 300 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.  Let them cool before eating.
