(un?)Fried Tofu

I have a question about cooking tofu.

I've been frying tofu for years because I like the texture (especially deep fried - crispy on the outside, very firm on the inside), but the fact that I fry in oil has made me hesitant to eat the amount of tofu that I should. Do any of you have any frying suggestions (or simply cooking suggestions?). I've tryed baking the tofu beforehand and then adding it to the dishes then, but I miss my crispy tofu!
