Bruschetta with artichoke hearts and black olives

10 plum tomatoes, diced
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 - 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 can chopped artichoke hearts
Handful of chopped black olives


Combine all ingredients.
Marinate for at least one hour
Serve on toasted slices of crusty bread (I like rosemary-olive bread for this!)

[This recipe also works really well without the artichokes and olives, but I love them in it!]
