found this along my journey today.
1 cup vanilla soy milk heated on the stove
a couple of shakes of cinnamon and sugar.
a drop of vanilla and about 1/8th tsp cocoa powder.
stir vigorously so as not to get clumps.
as soon as it starts to steam pour it into your cup.
it's a filling snack and works in the situation where the only chocolate you have is cocoa powder.
I think i'll make a lot more versions around xmas.
