taco salad!

For "meat"
1 "tube" of Gimme Lean Sausage
1 packet of taco seasonings
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Pinch of garlic
In a skillet for about 10 mins

Taco shells in oven at 375 for 2mins (or until hot and crispy)
Crack up, and put on a plate

Brown rice packet in microwave for 10 mins

Half a small tomato chopped
Chopped lettuce
Refried beans
A whole lot of Cholula hot sauce
A spoon full of salsa
and a "dollop" of Toffutti Sour Cream

This was sooo good. I want more but I'm trying to cut back, haha. I'll eat more tomorrow for lunch:)
