Whew, I haven't been here in a while. But, anyway. My boyfriend stopped eating meat a while back, but all he seems to eat at home is junk food. I cook for us a lot, usually every Friday to celebrate the end of another week of school. The things I make are healthy, but sometimes I just don't think they're as nutritious as they need to be.
So, I was just wondering if anyone had any non-time-consuming, nutritious, healthy meals that I could make for us? Right now I'd prefer Autumn/Winter meals, but anything is helpful.
PS - Are there any foods that help cure headaches? I can't seem to get rid of mine.
