Red Bean Spread Loving

Hi there crime stoppers.
Well, maybe something like this has been posted previously, but more the merrier and what not, right?

K, so, today you will be reading about red bean hummus-like stuff. But, its not hummus. Why? No chickpeas, no tahini, no olive oil. So instead we have...RED BEAN LOVING.


Red Bean Love

Whatcho need:

  • 3 Cloves of Garlic (chop it up a bit)
  • 1 can of red beans, like...16 oz or somewhere (drain that jank)
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp cumin (more if you love it like...something you really love)
  • Some kind of a blending/processing/grinding etc apparatus

  • How we do this:

    1. Put in bowl, container, food processing apparatus, whatever.
    2. Mash, blend, liquify, hummusify, etc...
    3. No, seriously, thats all you have to do. Easty. Thats right, I combined easy and tasty.

    Why is this soooo cool? You can customize it just like regular hummus, yet it has less fat than the nut butter and what not. And yes, I know that fat is good for you, but, yea, whatever, etc...
