I had a wonderful, I can not stress how yummy this dish was, vegan caesar salad with blackened tofu.
Anyone have an idea of how I can recreate this yummy recipe? (If not, how do you blacken tofu? fry? grill? in what kind of marinade?)
I've found a bunch of caesar dressings but I am looking for someone to recommend one?

If you visit Richmond, Virginia go to Ipanema and Panda Veg. I have never tasted better food. I can't wait to move there:) (thanks to those who recommended it awhile back)
