Has anyone heard of a Nigerian dish called Moyin-Moyin(pronounced my-my)? A friend's co-worker brought some in to share with her. It's basically black-eyed peas that have been mashed up with assorted spices, and then boiled or steamed in a foil packet. It was tres yummy-tasted the way I remember turkey and stuffing! I've found some recipes on-line, but I was just wondering if anyone had one they trusted or any advice on preparation.
