Faux Thanksgiving!

This is only the second time that we've made this, and the first time we made one so big, because last time it was SOOO amazing. This one was even better, and we ate so much of it!!

Layers go like so (from top to bottom)
gravy
tofurkey slices
gravy
stuffing
tofurkey slices
gravy
mashed potatoes

We boiled 4 medium potatoes that were chopped up really small, so they would cook faster. mixed with 1/3 of a stick of earth balance, some salt, pepper, itlaian seasonings and 2 cloves of garlic. We used Arnold's bagged seasoned stuffing, because, well, I've never mastered the art of stuffing, plus this stuff is so good. We got a crap load of vegetarian gravy packets from Big Lots, and prepared two of those.

After that, I put all the mashed potatoes on the bottom, then covered with a little bit of gravy, then followed with all the other layers, and baked it uncovered for 10 minutes on 350 , just to let it sort of come together.

We had it with fresh green beans, corn, and cranberry sauce and apple sauce! It was pretend thanksgiving!!!!
