2 vegetable boullion cubes
4 cups water
about 4 T cornstarch mixed with enough cold water to make a slurry
Boil water and cubes and add cornstarch. Boil for a few minutes and reduce to a simmer. Wait until thick and tasty.
We're using the gravy in a stuffing bake which consists of a bag of cornbread stuffing with onions, celery, an apple and raisins. We layered it with the gravy in a baking dish and are cooking it (350) until crunch on the top. I'm so excited.
