A friend has very kindly offered to drive me to the co-op for some grocery shopping tomorrow, but since I normally do so much of my own cooking I'm not really that familiar with convenience foods, and a lot of what I have tried I haven't liked.
What do you recommend that's more balanced than the starches and applesauce I've been living on? I like soy yogurt and stuff, but I want to get as many warm things as possible. What brands of soup do you like? Any frozen meals you recommend? Dehydrated stuff? Boiling water or nuking something is about as much work as I'm up for doing most of the time, though if you have recommendations that require a bit more effort I'd certainly appreciate that for when I'm feeling a little better.
