I bought a can of Yehuda Tahina and I don't really know what to do with it. I have only eaten tahini once (on a falafel pita). The label says serve cold or room temperature so would I just use it straight from the can? The ingredients are: Water, Tahina (Seseme Seed Paste), Cooked Chickpeas, Salt, Citric Acid, Garlic, Edible Starch. Is this what I would use in recipes that call for tehini? Thanks in advance.
