Thai Pumpkin Soup

Recipe - Thai Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients:
15 oz pumpkin
12 oz mango nectar
1/4 c peanut butter (creamy)
2 c vegetable broth
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp ginger
1 sm onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp orange zest
Garnish:
Cilantro (chiffonade)
Peanuts (very small pieces)

In a blender, mix pumpkin, mango, peanut butter, and broth until smooth. In a saucepan, heat onion until translucent. Add ginger and garlic and cook for a few more minutes. Add blender mixture to the pan and add pepper and orange zest and bring it to a boil. Garnish with cilantro chiffonade and tiny pieces of peanuts to give it some crunch.

Ideas on how to modify/improve this recipe? Please let me know. It was good, but I felt like it needed something and I don't know what.
