homemade miso soup (best for this time of year)

sorry no pictures!

Recipe:

put all in a pot and simmer for over an hour
chopped up onion
4 sliced diced up however you like them carrots
4 chopped celery
chopped up bok choy
sliced and diced mushrooms
32-ounce container of vegetable broth (I use Pacific brand)
32 more ounces (about 4 cups) water
Tablespoon powdered garlic
1/4 teaspoon pepper

after that's done stir in
1/4 cup red miso
1 Tablespoon sesame oil

stir stir stir and makes about 8 servings. Add some red chili in it to spice it up
