Flax seed eggs dilemma

*puts in about 1/3 a cup of whole flax seeds in a blender and pulverizes them into an almost wheat flour like grain. He then drizzles in a cup of water while still blending until the mixture is thick, milkshake thick. He beams with pride at his first and successful batch of egg replacers, and then blinks*

...What the heck can I use this for?
