Xmas Sushi Rice

Okay maybe you'll think this sounds weird or I'm pregnant or something, but it actually does taste good! I got home in the middle of the night after travelling almost 3 months and just kinda threw everything i had left in the kitchen into a pot-

Thai Rice( don't know how much it was- maybe 2 cups)- cook 3 mins on highest flame, then about 20 on lowest. Add 7 teaspoons of sugar, 8 of clear japanese rice vinegar, a bit salt. 1 teaspoon Berentzen( apple liquor) and a bit cinnamon. Wait till rice gets sticky, let cool off with some seaweed on top.
