1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 extra large eggs, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 tablespoon heavy cream
8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup pine nuts
1 9" pie crust
Combine sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, cream, and butter in a bowl; wisk until well blended. Fold in Pine nuts. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes(usually less in our oven, though).
