I'm the one who posted pictures of a Tofurky last time.
My boyfriend & I are both vegan and we try very hard to stay away from
resturants & attempting to veganize our orders.
But we really, really like Taco Bell bean burritos.
I'm sure most of you have done this before but I'm just posting what
I've done :]
1 can of Taco Bell Refried Beans Vegetarian Style
1 can of red kidney beans (optional)
1 pack of tortills (I used Vaja Roasted Red Pepper)
1 pack of Lipton Spanish Rice
Maybe add some chopped onions or diced tomatoes (My boyfriend doesn't
like onions OR tomatoes so I couldn't try it out :/)
I mixed the refried beans and red kidney beans, heated it in a pot on
the stove for 5mins on LOW HEAT & made the spanish rice simultaneously
in another pot (directions on bag). Then I just served!
My outcome. It's simple but soo fulfilling, I couldn't even have
another (and I'm fat!).

rice, refried beans, tater tots, cajun spice (I put on EVERYTHING!), & MUG
