I have been home sick for two days throwing up, among other things, stomach bile! Gross! So far, I've been living on saltine crackers, diet ginger ale, and apple cinnamon oatmeal. Is there any real food I can make that will agree with my poor stomach? Or, what can I eat for a few days after I get better? I don't have any soup (for once), and no instant brown rice (I usually eat this when I'm sick). I'd really like to cook something instead of sitting on my ass eating roll after roll of multi-grain saltine crackers.
