whole wheat farfalle with steak mushrooms and "meat" sauce":
two cloves garlic
onion (i didn't have any! so i had to use dried minced onions)
1 cup cooking sherry
1/2 cup steak mushrooms sliced
1 green bell pepper chopped up
1 package of st. yves ground beef
half a bag of whole wheat farfalle.
heat up the olive oil and toss the garlic and onion in there. let it cook for about a minute and then add the mushrooms. when they start to get a little limp put the sherry in and cook until almost completely evaporated. then throw the bell peppers and basil in and add the ground beef. start cooking the pasta and when it's ready add the sauce to the meat and mushroom concoction. put everything together, and voila! delicioso!!!
