That being said... on to my question.
I loooove cheese. Cheese does not love me (along with all other milk products). I miss mac and cheese terribly among many other things (I know there's tons of recipes out there!). I've been wanting this book (The Uncheese Cookbook by Joanne Stepaniak) for a long time and I'm finally ready to buy it.
For those of you that have both versions (the new one and the old one), how different are they? Are the recipes from the old one in the new one (all of them)? Which one do you think is better and why? Should I just get both?
Edit: If you don't like either book or just have some good fake cheese recipe recommendations, I will gladly take those as well :o)
