I posted a new recipe on my veggie recipe site today (here).
I want to make most recipes vegan or veganizable on my site.
This one is a recipe for an amazingly delicious traditional Jewish food. It is vegetarian but not vegan. It needs to lose the butter, eggs, and egg noodles. What's the best way to do it?
If there are several ideas I will cook each one to see what's best and tweak them as necessary. Then I can post the best result in this community so everyone can enjoy it.
